Announcing new Microsoft Dynamics 365 AI-driven insights applications and our vision for the future

Last week, as journalists and analysts gathered in San Francisco, I had the privilege of introducing new features and applications for Dynamics 365, highlighted by an AI understanding that helps team members make and improve knowledge the experience of customers. In addition, I showcased our vision, which is supported by two new applications, the Dynamics 365 Commerce and Dynamics 365 Connected Store, which will help members change the campaign experience.


Helping worldwide business leaders drive intelligent action and make better decisions


Many companies prefer the Dynamics 365 to the Power Platform as never before: through energy (ExxonMobil), travel (Virgin Atlantic, Paccar), sports and entertainment (Miami Heat, Tivoli) and many more. Leitmotif of the success of our customers is the power of the cloud integrated, integrated, derived from integrated data and used intelligence to help customers make quick decisions to impact their business. Customers have seen a change from sailed to non-core business.

This process has a tremendous impact on business leaders to get results across the organization.


Last week, I had the opportunity to interview Microsoft CFO Amy Hood and ask her about Microsoft's corporate financial transformation. Here’s Amy in her own words, sharing how she thinks about our product portfolio and what business leaders love for her needs through technology.


Introducing new features and applications across our portfolio of AI-driven insights applications


Over the past year, we have invested in intelligent AI applications. Today, we are unveiling new features for existing applications as well as new applications and performance. With the expansion of the portfolio, we can offer 360 degrees for your business. One that goes beyond data acquisition and retrospective analysis, to consolidating all data, providing forward-looking intelligence. Powered by Azure AI, these capabilities can make AI a reality for modern business and allow users to drive decisions and actions.


Dynamics 365 Customer Insights


What customers expect is always rising, but people are not just fulfilling it - it is the brand and the best companies that delight their customers that elevates them for everyone. Teams that can adopt AI to manage and analyze data will be in a better position to build strong relationships with customers in a timely manner.


Generally available at the beginning of this spring, the Dynamics 365 customer experience helps increase customer value by providing a 360 degree range for customers, to help team members create information and find the best content. Can be used to increase social interaction on a large scale.


Today, we are announcing a new ability to extend the Dynamics 365 customer experience beyond the B2C scenario to make the B2B journey more complex. Now, by virtue of adding an organization as the first domain, members can list ways to contact and purchase a group, account, and account management system, giving them the ability to make domains and measure relationships between accounts and contacts.


Each team, and any company, from parks and retailers and manufacturers, can connect data from any source and provide users with a single source of truth directly into other business applications they use on a daily basis.
